A client called today stating that they couldn't access their "sever." They mentioned that they pressed the power button earlier and it didn't work. I explained that most computers power switches are on a delay so that you don't turn them off by accident. She pressed it until it turned off and and then turned it back on. I asked which arm was their good arm? I said "pick it up and throw it against the wall" they said could I drop it on the floor?
